North Alabama Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pulmonologist or Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join our growing medical staff in Florence, Alabama . This opportunity offers flexibility based on the physician's training and preferred practice style, with options for either a primarily outpatient pulmonary practice or a combined Pulmonary/Critical Care model . Practice Options Option 1 – Outpatient Pulmonology Approximately 90% outpatient pulmonary medicine Monday–Friday or similar schedule Limited inpatient responsibilities Sleep Medicine experience or interest is a plus Ideal for a physician seeking a predominantly clinic-based pulmonary practice Option 2 – Pulmonary/Critical Care Combination of inpatient Critical Care and outpatient Pulmonology Typically structured around a 7-on/7-off model Alternating focus between inpatient Critical Care coverage and outpatient Pulmonary Medicine Opportunity to maintain both pulmonary and critical care skills Why North Alabama Medical Center?
