Flexible PRN through Full-Time Low Volume EM Physician Coverage in Wyoming - 24hr > 48hr+ Shifts. Western Healthcare is excited to be providing the long-term Emergency Medicine management/staffing contract for the Memorial Hospital of Carbon County in Rawlins, Wyoming. Flexible PRN based, consistent part-time and even full-time/long-term EM Physician Coverage options available. 4600 Annual Volume ED. Friendly, Rural Community Hospital setting in charming Southern/Central Wyoming. -Site is about 150 miles from Cheyenne, 120 miles from Casper or 165 miles from Ft Collins CO. Physicians can cover 24hr > 48hr Shifts. -72hr shifts may also be possible. Start Dates: ASAP (and/or Flexible). -We can target start dates anytime as soon as Nov/Dec 2026 through Jan/Feb 2027. Main ED coverage only , not a hybrid model ED (no Inpatient duties). This is a Direct EM management contract held exclusively by WesternHC (no middle-men involved). We're able to utilize shorter term PRN as well as long-term stable/reoccurring coverage arrangements! 1099 based , but much more stable/secure than traditional locum's work. We need Physicians who are able to drive, no flights. Lodging is provided & available locally. Competitive hourly rates and full med-mal with tail is included. No non-competes or restrictions in place, you can work with as many entities as you want while working with us. Active Wyoming License/DEA with prior relevant EM based experience.
