Basic Information long term (6+ months) Current Staffing Model of this program (MD & APCs)?: 1/3 Day shifts -Weekdays 7a to 3p or 7a to 5 pm Regions Details Average number of cases per day?: 30 Night coverage model: Beeper Weekend coverage model: Beeper Number of Anesthetizing rooms: 17 Anesthetists staffing model: medically directed Specific skills are required: Require Cardiac Fellowship, Cardiac Capable, Regional Anesthetic blocks & nerve blocks, Peds Capable, OB Backup pager: No, on weekdays, No, on weekends CRNA support for the in house pager: Yes, on weekdays, Yes, on weekends Acceptable Board Certifications:: ABA/AOBA, NBCRNA PRACTICE INFORMATION CARE TEAM: 11 physicians & 30 CRNA 279 bed acute care facility 68,415 ED visits & 17,236 admissions 18 points of service a day 15 ORS plus 2 out of OR locations (endo & specials) , and OB (cardiac included in 15 ORs) Approximately 15,000 OR cases annually. In addition, approximately 2000 deliveries and 300 cardiac case including TAVR, mitral valve clip and watchman procedures, on and off pump, CABG, cardiac ablation and TEE Cases for the OR are medically directed, OB CRNAs are supervised Cases include general, ortho, urology, ENT/ophthalmology, bariatric, vascular, neuro, thoracic, GYN, dermatology, plastic, cardiac and OB. No trauma There is always 1 MD and 2 CRNAs in-house 24 hours a day Cardiac cases are medically directed and some of the CRNAs do hearts OB team of In-house CRNAs EMR: None (paper) $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
