Eligible Urology Surgeon - Rock Island, IL
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urology Surgeon to join a well-supported, collaborative practice serving Rock Island, IL, with additional clinics in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL (all within a 15-minute commute). This position offers an excellent work-life balance - 14-16 clinical days per month - with full-time benefits and a competitive compensation package of $549,000. Responsibilities Provide adult acute and continuity urologic care across inpatient and outpatient settings. Perform operative procedures with assigned OR block time. Collaborate with a team of experienced urologists and full-time advanced practice providers. Focus exclusively on clinical care; no billing or coding responsibilities. Schedule & Locations 14-16 workdays per month; schedule posted 90 days in advance. Primary hospital in Rock Island, IL; outpatient clinics in Bettendorf, IA, and Moline, IL.
