Current Employed Hospitalist Opportunities: Banner Thunderbird Medical Center- Glendale (BTMC) is currently the fourth largest hospital in the Phoenix metropolitan area with 561 licensed beds and offers a wide range of medical services including, adult behavioral health services, cancer care, critical care, emergency care, general surgery, heart care, inpatient pediatric care, medical imaging, obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, outpatient rehabilitation services and stroke care. Banner Thunderbird is currently ranked one of the top hospitals in the Phoenix metropolitan area by US News & World Report and is a recent recipient of a prestigious "Best of the West" award from Westmarc in recognition of the hospital's contributions to the region. Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ (BDMC) - serves as a tertiary referral center for the East Valley of metropolitan Phoenix and treats the highest levels of acuity in the East Valley. Banner Goldfield Medical Center (BGFMC) provides state-of-the-art, patient-centered care to the communities of Apache Junction and Gold Canyon. The 20-bed hospital offers an array of medical care, including: emergency services, medical/surgical care, progressive care, surgery, imaging, pharmacy and lab services. Resident Stipend: $1,500/month, Starts 30days after signing and ends when Residency concludes.
