Overview Join a high-performing, integrated Emergency Medicine department serving Lawrence, MA, and surrounding sites. The team includes 30+ Emergency Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers delivering patient-centered emergency care across multiple ED locations. Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a collaborative, well-supported environment Split clinical time between two Emergency Departments based on departmental needs and provider preference Work as part of a multidisciplinary team with strong APP support Schedule Regular schedule of 28 or 32 clinical hours per week Two weekends per month required Balanced schedule designed to support work-life integration Site coverage flexible within the integrated ED system Qualifications MD, DO, or foreign medical equivalent Successful completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Emergency Medicine residency Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) Eligible for full, unrestricted Massachusetts medical licensure Compensation & Benefits $250 per hour (inclusive of salary and incentive structure) Health and dental insurance Retirement plan CME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Paid time off Why Join Large, collegial Emergency Medicine team with strong APP support Integrated, multi-site ED system with schedule flexibility Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits Opportunity for long-term stability within a respected regional healthcare system EOE
