Sutter Lakeside Hospital is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join an established and collaborative orthopedic practice in Lakeport, California. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a busy practice with a strong referral network, an established patient base, and the support of Sutter Lakeside Hospital and community providers. Job Description The incoming physician will provide a broad spectrum of general orthopedic care, including: Outpatient consultations and follow-up care Fracture evaluation and management Injections and other non-operative treatments Cast and splint management Surgical interventions Treatment planning and ongoing patient management The practice maintains an active referral network from Sutter Lakeside Hospital and community providers, supporting a diverse patient population and consistent surgical volume. Clinic volumes average approximately 18–22 patients per day , including new consultations and follow-up visits. The practice does not treat spine or workers’ compensation cases. Additional responsibilities include reviewing referrals, responding to patient communications, medication management and refills, and completing disability-related documentation. You’ll join a collegial team of two orthopedic physicians committed to high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate is collaborative, clinically driven, and interested in developing a long-term practice while serving the orthopedic needs of Lake County and surrounding communities.
