Our multi-specialty group is made up of more than 600 of the highest quality providers in primary care and specialty medicine. We have a dedicated team of Pulmonary and Sleep providers focused on outpatient medicine. Our practice is designed to help our providers do what they do best, take care of patients with many tools and systems designed to support their practice. Practice Highlights * Work - Life Balance| No critical care coverage, outpatient practice with an option for a 4-day work week & average of 18 patients per day * Competitive Pay & Incentives | including $40,000 starting bonus with no repayment clause * Administrative Support | Our tenure & collaborative team is designed to let providers focus on patient care * Physician Led | All of our senior leaders are physicians who still practice medicine everyday Benefits Highlights: * Strong Base Salary + Quality & Production Incentives * Continuing Medical Education Support * $15,000 in Relocation Support for those relocating over 50 miles * Fully Paid licenses & Board Fees * Comprehensive malpractice * Physician Wellness * Opportunity for partnership Required Qualifications: * BE/BC in Pulmonology by the time of employment * Unrestricted WA State Medical License required prior to start date * Current WA DEA certificate required prior to start date Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $279,000-$557,500. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
