We are seeking a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage at a modern Emergency Department in Trinity, Florida. The ideal candidate is board-certified or board-eligible, experienced in caring for patients across the lifespan, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital alongside a collaborative team of physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers. Key responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive emergency care for adults, children, and adolescents. Rapidly evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and urgent medical and traumatic conditions. Stabilize critically ill patients and manage cardiac, neurological, trauma, and other high-acuity cases. Coordinate care with hospital specialists and support staff to optimize patient outcomes. Accurately and efficiently document patient encounters in the EMR. Adhere to hospital policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM). Active, unrestricted Florida medical license or ability to obtain one. Valid DEA registration. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
