McLaren Bay Region is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician to join an excellent team of collegial, friendly peers. This is an employed position offering a competitive compensation and benefits package. The selected candidate must obtain a license in the state of Michigan and must be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine to apply. Compensation Package: Out patient opportunity with possibility of weekend or holiday Hospitalist coverage at additional compensation A competitive base salary of $280,000 A comprehensive benefit package featuring an excellent retirement savings program will be offered 40 hours per week/47 weeks per year with 5 weeks PTO to be used as needed for CME, holiday, sick time, vacation, and bereavement. Sign-on bonus/relocation expenses negotiable. $4,000 and 5 days per year for CME. McLaren Bay Region is a certified Primary Stroke Center, as designated by the Joint Commission. Our Emergency Department treats nearly 24,000 patients per year. McLaren Bay Region has nearly 300 physicians and employs over 490 credentialed clinicians and specialists affiliated with its medical staff. Bay City, MI Bay City has a population of 110,000 and is divided into the East and West sides by the Saginaw River.
