Practice Details This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care with strong clinical infrastructure and excellent physician collaboration. You’ll work in modern OB facilities with access to advanced surgical technology and a robust, multidisciplinary support network , including: Maternal-Fetal Medicine – Tri-State Perinatology Reproductive Endocrinology – Boston IVF at The Women’s Hospital Urogynecology – Urogynecology & Pelvic Rehabilitation Gynecologic Oncology – The Women’s Cancer Center Whether you’re building confidence as a new graduate or expanding your scope as an experienced OB/GYN, you’ll have the support needed to practice high-quality medicine without feeling isolated or overwhelmed. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed $500,000 base salary Productivity bonuses in addition to base $75,000 sign-on bonus Up to $90,000 student loan repayment $2,000/month residency stipend up to 24 months Opportunity to supervise APPs Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) and 457(b) retirement plans with employer contributions Malpractice insurance provided 5 days CME + $3,500 annual CME allowance 248 hours (6 weeks) PTO , including 6 paid holidays PSLF-eligible employer Henderson, KY – A welcoming, family-friendly community along the Ohio River offering an excellent quality of life .
