We are seeking Hospitalists to provide inpatient coverage in Iowa. This open-need opportunity offers flexible scheduling with no minimum commitment and the ability to work up to 21 consecutive days. Providers will care for adult patients in a hospital setting, with opportunities for rounding, admissions, and nocturnist coverage. The facility has a supportive clinical care team, 24/7 intensivist coverage, and 24/7 anesthesia support. Overview Flexible scheduling with no minimum commitment One provider per shift Adults 18+ Trauma Level III Daytime rounding and inpatient admissions Nocturnist coverage with sole provider responsibility overnight Rounders typically complete 2–3 admissions per day Admitting providers average 8–10 admissions per day Nocturnists average 5–8 admissions per night Telehospitalist support available for cross-coverage Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response events Ventilator management required Providers must remain on campus while on shift Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine training required ACLS and BLS certifications required New graduates accepted for physicians EOE
