We’re looking for a Family or Internal Medicine physician to join mission-driven primary care teams serving East Point and West Marietta, Georgia. This full-time role emphasizes relationship-based medicine: fewer patients, longer visits, and strong interdisciplinary support so you can focus on prevention, wellness, and lasting outcomes. What you’ll experience Manage an average of just 10-15 patients per day with 30-60 minute appointments that allow meaningful conversation and thoughtful care. Work within collaborative, team-based clinics that include Whole Health Coaches and other interdisciplinary partners. Practice in a model that prioritizes quality over volume, giving you time to listen, diagnose, and coordinate comprehensive care. Compensation and benefits Competitive salary range: $200,801-$317,053. Two weeks paid CME plus a $2,500 annual CME stipend. 401(k) with company match. Generous paid time off. Premium medical, dental, and vision coverage. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty. Active, unrestricted Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one prior to employment. Current DEA registration or ability to obtain. Strong commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Primary care experience preferred.
