We have Flexible Low Volume (extended length shifts) PRN Hybrid Model, Emergency Medicine Physician Coverage openings in Nevada. 2000>4000 Annual Volume EDs, with 24hr through 168hr Shifts (1day>7day blocks). Start Dates Accepted: Flexible -We can target anytime from Nov/Dec 2026 through Jan/Feb 2027. We currently managed 3x different locations with this same type of coverage arrangement in the State of Nevada. *48hr>96hr shifts are what's most commonly provided by our EM Physicians. Income Highlights: You can generate almost $11,000 for a (3day) 72hr shift ~ Over $25,000 for a (7day) 168hr shift. *All-inclusive pay rates for this position, no added travel costs provided.* *Rates are increased and "all-inclusive" to help with you needing to arrange your own travel (the total income and overall low work-loads during the period can be well-worth the price of a flight! - not many ED Coverage scenarios like this out there and not found in every state). *Lodging is provided and meals are included on site. *Credentialing only takes 3 weeks. *We can use short-term and long-term interest physicians. *We can provide someone with guaranteed shifts/hours scheduled many months in advance! *On average, the ED may see around 5-9 patients per 24hr period. *Around 0.4 PPH work-loads. *Combination of ED duties as well as a few in-patients every 24hr period. *Only admitted through the ED, no walk-ins. *Physician responds to codes. Requirements: Nevada Licensure/DEA and active certifications. *All our physicians who cover in the ED need to be enrolled in NV Medicare/Medicaid prior to starting.
