Coverage dates and times (24-hour shifts) Oct 1, 2026, 07:00 - Oct 5, 2026, 07:00 Oct 16, 2026, 07:00 - Oct 19, 2026, 07:00 Oct 29, 2026, 07:00 - Nov 2, 2026, 07:00 Clinical details 24-hour in-house coverage for trauma and stroke patients Estimated volume: ~7 patients/day EMR: Meditech Facility: Level II Trauma Center with comprehensive stroke program Primary responsibilities Provide neurosurgical evaluation, management, and operative care for trauma and stroke patients Triage and manage emergency and inpatient neurosurgical cases Perform consultations and assist with surgical interventions as required Coordinate care with emergency medicine, trauma, stroke, and other specialty teams Ensure continuity of care throughout each coverage period Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurological Surgery Active Texas medical license Availability to provide 24-hour coverage on the listed dates Contact instructions or shift confirmation details available upon request.
