MidSouth ObGyn is growing and seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN physician to join our established and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2027 / 2028 graduate who values strong clinical support and a collegial private practice environment. Practice Highlights Comprehensive Practice: Full-scope obstetrics and gynecology with a strong, established patient base. Flexible Schedule: Full-time clinic schedule with 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday) — no Thursday clinic, supporting work-life balance. Shared Call Model: Weekday call: Rotates between float coverage and Friday night call at approximately Q6 months Weekend call: Approximately Q8 rotation , dependent on staffing Structured to promote provider sustainability and fairness Collaborative Team Environment: Supportive physician group committed to high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong team dynamic.
