We’re seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physician to provide ongoing PRN coverage at a facility in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. This role offers flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts available during both days and nights on an indefinite PRN basis. What you’ll find on site A small, focused Emergency Department with 11 ER beds and 3 treatment chairs. Steady patient flow (roughly 2-2.1 patients per hour). About 10% of patients require admission or transfer. Not a designated trauma center - a community ED environment. What you’ll do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients who present to the ED. Manage a wide variety of acute and emergent medical conditions. Decide on appropriate admissions, transfers, and discharges. Deliver timely, high-quality emergency care while working collaboratively with staff. Who we’re looking for ABEM Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (required). Active Tennessee medical license. Availability to cover 12-hour day and night shifts as needed.
