Requirements: Provider is able to offer 2 weeks (at minimum) per month consistently, weeknight and weekend beeper call required, and agreeable to 5 x 10 hour shifts. Specific Skills Needed: Provider must be able to perform nerve and regional anesthetic blocks. No hearts, heads, trauma, or OB. o Blocks done 100% by the physicians • Is there a backup pager?: No, on weekdays, No, on weekends • Is there CRNA support for the in house pager?: Yes, on weekdays, Yes, on weekends • Acceptable Board Certifications:: ABA/AOBA $1000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
