Schedule 7 days on / 7 days off Key responsibilities Evaluate and manage patients requiring general and acute care surgery Provide surgical consultations, perform operative procedures, and manage inpatients Assess and treat acute surgical conditions (trauma, emergency general surgery) Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and facilitate transitions of care Provide comprehensive surgical coverage during assigned shifts Minimum qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery Experience in acute care surgery or trauma/emergency general surgery Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one EOE
