About the Opportunity - Step into ownership and become the primary physician of an established, turnkey concierge internal medicine practice in Tucson, AZ, built over 36 years of private practice - Personally care for the practice's patients while owning the practice from day one - A third-party partner finances the transition; the incoming physician pays no money upfront and instead pays a percentage of earnings to the partner - Hybrid model combining concierge membership with insurance billing - 443 active concierge members generating approximately $1 million in annual membership revenue - Loyal, long-standing patient base built around personalized, relationship-driven care - 60-day supported transition with the retiring physician - Transition anticipated to be complete by March 2027 Highlights - Approximately 8 patient visits per day, which include about 3 comprehensive physicals - Mature adult patient population - Preventive care, comprehensive wellness planning, and chronic-disease management - Extended, unhurried appointments with same-day or next-day availability and direct physician access - Experienced, long-tenured support staff in place - Attractive, well-established area of Tucson Qualifications - MD or DO - Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine - 8+ years of experience preferred - Genuine commitment to long-term patient relationships - Entrepreneurial spirit - Bilingual in Spanish a plus Location Tucson, Arizona EOE
