Physician – Non-invasive Cardiologist – Little Falls, NY Overview Bassett Healthcare Network , a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Non-invasive Cardiologist to join our staff to practice primarily in Little Falls, NY The faculty practice consists of 15 cardiologists, 2 surgeons, and 18 advanced practice clinicians. The Bassett network includes over 500 employed practitioners. Bassett Healthcare Network is an integrated health care system that provides care and service to people living in an eight county region covering 5,600 square miles in Central New York. The organization includes five corporately affiliated hospitals, as well as skilled nursing facilities, community and school-based health centers, and health partners in related fields. Little Falls, NY is a picturesque, tight-knit community along the Mohawk River and Erie Canal, known for its welcoming atmosphere and historic charm. Little Falls Hospital , a critical access hospital just off the NY Throughway in Little Falls, NY, has 24 inpatient/swing beds and a busy ER. Job Description & Responsibilities Provide clinical and consultative care within the hospital and office setting. We offer a full range of non-invasive testing including MRI, CT, echo and nuclear cardiology. We have a busy non-invasive lab with over 10,000 echos and 2000 nuclear scans yearly, with dedicated reading time. To include: Outpatient, Inpatient and Regional Patient Care Integrated EPIC Electronic Health Record Medical and Rural Surgery residency programs, Cardiology Fellowship Faculty teaching our cardiology fellows, internal medicine residents, and medical students. Night call three times monthly with fellow and resident support. Salary Range: $610,000 - $712,000 . This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment. Sign-on bonus up to $200,000 Group Employed Model Resources Cardiac Cath Lab with STEMI and structural program. Electrophysiology program with a full range of device implantation and ablation programs. Cardiac surgery service. Medical school campus in conjunction with Columbia University and an active teaching program.
