Board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN needed for locum tenens coverage at an acute-care hospital in Flagstaff, Arizona to provide obstetric and gynecologic services. Schedule & coverage Coverage dates and shifts: Nov 24: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 hr) Nov 25: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 hr) Nov 26: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 hr) Nov 27: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM (12 hr) Dec 27: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 hr) Dec 28: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 hr) Dec 29: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 hr) Dec 30: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 hr) Dec 31: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM (24 hr) Jan 1: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM (12 hr) Mar 19: 7:00 PM-7:00 PM (24 hr) Mar 20: 7:00 PM-7:00 PM (24 hr) 24-hour beeper call. Approximately 1-3 deliveries per shift. Average callback time per shift: ~8-12 hours. Clinical responsibilities Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care. Manage labor and delivery, perform deliveries and related care. Evaluate and treat gynecologic patients. Respond to patient callbacks and provide appropriate follow-up. Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure continuity of care. Facility Acute-care hospital 268 beds Adult trauma services (designation not specified) System Cerner EMR Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology. Active Arizona medical license required, or eligibility via IMLC. DEA required. Minimum 1 year of clinical experience. EOE
