Join a well-established FQHC serving North Florida. Practice full-scope family medicine delivering high-quality, affordable medical care to patients of all ages across multiple sites in the Tallahassee area. Responsibilities Provide direct outpatient medical care: history, exam, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages. Manage chronic conditions and coordinate proactive care. Identify and deliver preventive and wellness services. Collaborate closely with clinical staff and participate in care planning and quality improvement. Report to the site Medical Director and follow clinic policies and protocols. Compensation & Benefits Guaranteed salary: $185,000/year Bonus incentives based on patient volumes Fully employed position with full benefits package Student loan repayment available Schedule 40 hours/week Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Qualifications Graduate of an accredited medical school Completion of or current enrollment in an approved residency program Board certified (BC) or board eligible (BE) Licensed to practice in Florida or able to obtain licensure New graduates and current residents welcome Required Skills Clinical competency in family medicine across the lifespan Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Experience or willingness to engage in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives EOE
